PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was ï¬led against Keith Lamonte Dobbs, an attorney formerly licensed

to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup, Ct. R. 9,

the Board of Professional Responsibility censidered these matters at its meeting on December 9, 2016.

Mr. Dobbs assisted a client with the ï¬ling of tax information related to probate matters after

he was suspended from the practice of law.

By these acts, Keith Lamonte Dobbs has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 5.5

(unauthorized practice of law), and is hereby Publicly Censured for this violation.
