The âabove complaint was ï¬led againat Arabia Saï¬ders, III, BPR #12784, an attorney
licensed to practice law in Tmessee, alleging certain acts ofmisconcluct, Pursuant to Term. Sup.
Ct R. 9, the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on
St'zptâwmber 8, 2017â
In this matter, Mr. Sanders allewed his islientâs case t5 needlessly languish. Mr. Sandals
was hired in July of 2010 to represent his alienâs if: a labor dispute against his {owner mailman
Mr» Sandars did not ï¬le a lawsuit until June (£2013. Cami records reveal that Mr. Sanders failed
to mspond to discowry requests for two years, and during that time he took no action to movathe
gases forwardl
By the aforementioned acts, Archie Sanders, III has violated Rule ofProfessional Conduct
1.3t(di1igence), 1.4 (communicaï¬an) and 3.2 (expediting litigation) and is hereby Publicly
Censuxed for these: vialaâcions;
