Public censure on March 26, 1999. He neglected legal matters; failed to properly communicate
with his clients; and failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness on behalf of his
clients. He failed to file divorces or suits, in some stances, for 2 to 3 years after being employed
to do so; he allowed his support staff to inform a client that the divorce date had been set for a
certain date when such was not the case; and he also promised a client a refund of an unearned
divorce retainer within 5 days, but only did so approximately 4 months after a complaint had
been filed.
