LAWYER SUSPENDED BY SUPREME COURT
By Order of the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered April 11, 2008, James David Leckrone, an
attorney, was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Section 14 of Rule 9 of the Rules of the Supreme
Court of Tennessee, pending further orders of the Court. Mr. Leckrone=s suspension resulted from his
conviction on February 25, 2007, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, of
filing a false tax return, in violation of Title 26, USC § 7201. The Court further ordered that a formal
disciplinary proceeding be instituted in which the sole issue to be determined will be the extent of final
discipline. Mr. Leckrone will remain suspended pending resolution of that formal proceeding.
