Public censure on August 20, 1997. He represented a group of plaintiffs and learned that two of
the plaintiffs' names had been left out of the complaint after the statute of limitations had run.
He failed to disclose that the plaintiffs who were left out should have sought independent legal
advice. The Board also charged Leffler with failing to include the complainants in the lawsuit.
