On May 22, 2012, the Supreme Court of Tennessee temporarily suspended the law license of Mark
Kelley Braswell, an attorney licensed in Tennessee with an office in Washington, D.C., pursuant to Section
4.3 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9. The Board of Professional Responsibility petitioned the Court to

representing existing clients by June 21, 2012. After June 21, 2012, Mr. Braswell shall not use any indicia of
lawyer, legal assistant, or law clerk nor maintain a presence where the practice of law is conducted.

opposing counsel of the Supreme Court=s Order suspending his law license. Section 18 of Supreme Court
Rule 9 requires Mr. Braswell to deliver to all clients any papers or property to which they are entitled.
