Public censure on February 16, 2000. He failed to respond to a complaint filed against him,
resulting in a temporary suspension. The suspension was dissolved pursuant to Nacarato's
agreement to comply with certain conditions for receipt and logging in of mail to enable him to
more promptly respond to communications. He was also required to attend the Board's Ethics
Workshop.
