ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter is before the Court upon the Petition for Temporary Suspension
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3, filed by the Board of Professional Responsibility
on January 13, 2020. On January 17, 2020, an Order of Temporary Suspension was
entered based upon Steven Carl Frazierâs failure to respond to the Board. On January 24,
2020, Mr. Frazier filed a petition for dissolution of the January 17, 2020 Order of
Temporary Suspension. On January 24, 2020, the Board received a response from Mr.
Frazier. On January 28, 2020, the Board filed a response with this Court stating that the
Board does not oppose dissolution.
Thus, the Court finds it appropriate to dissolve the temporary suspension at this
time.
IT IS, THEREFORE,
DECREED THAT:
CONSIDERED,
ORDERED,
ADJUDGED
AND
1.
The temporary suspension imposed upon Steven Carl Frazier by Order of
Temporary Suspension entered January 17, 2020, is hereby dissolved.
2.
The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
