Disbarred by order entered October 18, 1989 retroactive to April 13, 1987, the date he was
temporarily suspended. He consented to disbarment after being convicted of two fraudulent
breach of trust indictments. He pled guilty to misappropriating funds of over $15,000 from the
Frank C. Clement Foundation, and approximately $38,000 from an estate he was handling.
