KNOXVILLE LAWYER SUSPENDED
Nathanael E. Anderson, a Knoxville lawyer, was summarily suspended from the practice of law by the
Tennessee Supreme Court on December 23, 2008. Mr. Anderson pled guilty to a serious crime, perjury. By
Order, dated December 23, 2008, the Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Mr. Andersonâs law license and
referred the matter to the Board of Professional Responsibility for the institution of a formal proceeding based
upon Mr. Andersonâs guilty plea to perjury.
