Disbarred on April 24, 1997. He was on a temporary suspension since July 26, 1995. He failed
to notify his clients of his temporary suspension; had an indifferent, if not uncooperative, attitude
in giving notification and returning files to clients; failed to address restitution; failed to
communicate with clients, effectively abandoning his clients to their detriment; and failed to
respond to complaints. He must make full restitution to all complainants with judgments or valid
claims, along with restitution to the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.
