Suspended for six (6) months plus an indefinite period by order entered December 19, 1975. He
filed a divorce action alleging non-residency of the defendant. When the Court requested a
sworn affidavit as to residence, he failed to file the affidavit and claimed to have done so because
his client failed to pay the balance of his fee. The client then paid the full fee. He never
completed the divorce action and his client, believing she was divorced, entered into a second
marriage.
