KNOX COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered December 5, 2024, Jedidiah Charles McKeehan was
reinstated to the active practice of law pending further order of the Court.
On December 3, 2024, the Supreme Court entered an Order of Enforcement suspending Mr. McKeehan
for thirty (30) days. On December 4, 2024, a Joint Motion to Vacate Order of Enforcement was filed by Mr.
McKeehan and the Board advising the Supreme Court that the entry of the Order of Enforcement was
premature, and it would be appropriate to vacate the Order of Enforcement and reinstate Mr. McKeehan to the
active practice of law pending further orders of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
