NASHVILLE ATTORNEY REINSTATED

By Order of the Supreme Court entered on December 20, 2010, David Alan Gold has been
reinstated to the practice of law. Mr. Gold was suspended from the practice of law on September 30, 2009
for four (4) years and nine (9) months, retroactive to Mr. Gold’s suspension on January 7, 2005. Mr. Gold
filed a Petition for Reinstatement on June 9, 2010. By Judgment filed on November 15, 2010, a Hearing
Panel concluded that Mr. Gold’s license to practice law should be reinstated subject to the following
conditions: (1) for three years following reinstatement, Mr. Gold must provide twelve hours community
service, outreach or education that furthers the integrity of the legal profession and the importance of a
lawyer’s personal accountability; and (2) for a period of one year following reinstatement, Mr. Gold must
submit to a monthly monitoring by an experienced practitioner.

Mr. Gold's reinstatement became effective December 30, 2010, ten (10) days after the filing of the
Order.
