1998 for not responding to complaints filed with the Board. He neglected clients' legal matters;
failed to adequately communicate with clients; failed to inform clients that he was under
suspension; misappropriated client funds and property; did not withdraw or obtain substitute
counsel for his clients after his suspension; and failed to perform legal services for which he was
paid.
