DYERSBURG LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Martin Lynn Howie, a Dyersburg attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered December 11, 2009. Mr. Howie was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on September 16, 2009, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On November 9, 2009, Mr. Howie filed a Petition for Dissolution of the Temporary Suspension.
On December 3, 2009, a Hearing Panel entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved.
The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of December 11, 2009.
