Public censure on August 14, 1989. He submitted a 1983 will for probate based on the decision
of the widow, one of the beneficiaries under the will, rather than the last will of the decedent
which was executed in 1984, under which the widow was the sole beneficiary. He mistakenly
believed the widow had this right of election.
