Suspended for two (2) years by order entered October 14, 1996. In numerous instances over an
extended period of time, he commingled trust funds with his personal funds and misappropriated
to his own use and benefit the funds entrusted to him. He also failed and refused to respond
appropriately to the Board regarding the allegations.
