SHELBY COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED AND PLACED ON PROBATION
On October 5, 2018, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Larry Edward Parrish to the practice of
law. Mr. Parrish had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on August 14, 2018, for a period of
six (6) months, with thirty (30) days to be served as an active suspension and the remainder on probation. Mr.
Parrish filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9,
Section 30.4(c). The Board found that the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to
the Court. Mr. Parrish must serve the remaining five (5) months on probation.
