KNOXVILLE ATTORNEY TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
On March 19, 2008, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order temporarily suspending
Nathanael Ellis Andersonâs license to practice law, upon finding Anderson posed a threat of substantial harm to
the public. Deputy Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed a Petition with the Supreme Court supported by affidavits
of three judges, eight attorneys and Deputy Chief Disciplinary Counsel reflecting Anderson continued to
practice law after being suspended and has misrepresented that he has been reinstated when he remains
suspended.
The Order requires Anderson to comply with Section 18 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9.
This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or modification by the Supreme Court.
Anderson may request dissolution or modification of the suspension by petition to the Supreme Court.
