DAVIDSON COUNTY ATTORNEY DISBARRED

On June 22, 2011, the Tennessee Supreme Court filed an Order of Enforcement for the disbarment of
Kevin Shalom Terry of Davidson County, Tennessee. Pursuant to Rule 9, Section 18.5, Mr. Terry’s disbarment
shall be effective July 2, 2011. Mr. Terry delivered to the Board of Professional Responsibility an affidavit
consenting to disbarment because he could not successfully defend himself on charges filed against him with
the Board alleging that Mr. Terry engaged in the unauthorized practice of law and submitted a false affidavit to
the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Terry’s actions violate Tennessee Supreme
Court Rule 8, Rules of Professional Conduct 5.5 (unauthorized practice of law) and 8.4(c) (engaging in conduct
involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation).

Mr. Terry must comply with the requirements of Section 19 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court,
should he seek reinstatement of his Tennessee law license and may not resume the practice of law until
reinstated by further Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Terry must further comply with Section 18 of
Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of disbarred attorneys.
