Suspended for two (2) years by judgment entered May 2, 1978, to be served after his release
from incarceration. While the District Attorney General in Smith County, his license was
immediately suspended by the Supreme Court on October 4, 1977 after his plea of guilty of
knowingly making a false statement to a bank to secure a loan of $50,000 by representing a
liability of $18,000 on real estate; when, in truth, he was indebted in the amount of $179,000 and
had other debts which he did not disclose.
