Suspended for five (5) years by order entered January 7, 1983, commencing on December 1,
1982. He failed to remit premiums due to title insurance companies; submitted checks for
premiums to title insurance companies which were dishonored; obtained a discharge in
bankruptcy on trust accounts; transferred property subject to a security interest with no notice;
and removed an automobile subject to a security interest from the State to gain leverage in
negotiations with his creditor. McColm submitted a conditional guilty plea to the charges.
