NASHVILLE LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered December 7, 2004, the law license of
Charles Ford Galbreath of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, was transferred to disability
inactive status pursuant to Section 21 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.. The
transfer to disability inactive status arises out of Mr. Galbreath filing a Petition with the Supreme
Court requesting transfer to disability inactive status. Mr. Galbreathâs disability arises out of a
medical condition which incapacitates him from continuing the practice of law. Mr. Galbreath
cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. Mr. Galbreath can return to the practice
of law only after reinstatement by Order of the Supreme Court upon showing by clear and
convincing evidence that his disability has been removed and he is fit to resume the practice of
law.
