Suspended for eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days by order entered July 20, 1999,
retroactive to February 11, 1998 when his license was temporarily suspended. He submitted a
Conditional Guilty Plea to the charges alleged in the petition filed by the Board, which also
placed him on probation for 3 years.
