MEMPHIS LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Tony N. Brayton, a Memphis attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 5, 2008. Mr. Brayton was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on August 6, 2008, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On August 19, 2008, Mr. Brayton through counsel filed a Petition for Dissolution of the
Temporary Suspension. A hearing was conducted on August 27, 2008. On September 4, 2008, the Hearing
Panel entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was
dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of September 5, 2008.
