ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition to Dissolve Temporary Suspension
filed by Kevin William Teets on March 3, 2017; upon a hearing held on March 13, 2017;
upon the Report and Recommendation of the Board’s Panel entered on March 15, 2017;
and upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs entered by the Panel on
March 17, 2017.

From all of which the Court approves the Panel’s Report and Recommendation
and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the same as this
Court’s Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:

1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Kevin William Teets by Order of
Temporary Suspension entered March 3, 2017, is hereby dissolved with the following
conditions:

a) Mr. Teets shall propose to the Board three attorneys who are members of the
Davidson County Bar to serve as a practice monitor who shall meet with Mr.
Teets bi-weekly following the appointment of the practice monitor for the
duration of subsequent disciplinary proceedings;

b) Mr. Teets shall continue weekly mental health sessions with his current
therapist and follow all treatment recommendations;

c) Mr. Teets shall execute a HIPPA–compliant release to authorize his therapist to
provide monthly reports of treatment compliance to Disciplinary Counsel; and

d) Mr. Teets shall continue contact with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance
Program (TLAP) for service and assistance, if services are available.
2. Mr. Teets shall reimburse the Board of Professional Responsibility the
costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $798.00 within ninety (90) days,
and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all of which
execution shall issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
