Public censure on January 29, 1990. He received a retainer fee to obtain a green card for the
husband of his client. He did not obtain the green card and agreed to refund the fee. He did not
return the client's money for several months, even after telling Disciplinary Counsel he would.
In other situations regarding collection matters, he failed to prepare an order which would have
prevented a client's case from being dismissed with prejudice; he neglected to calendar the date
for the meeting of creditors on behalf of another client, was unable to contact the client by phone
to inform him the Show Cause hearing had been set and did not attempt to communicate by
writing his client although he had ten (10) days before the new hearing date.
