KNOX COUNTY LAWYER TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

On March 19, 2010, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order summarily and temporarily
suspending Lisa Anne Temple from the practice of law upon finding that Ms. Temple had failed to respond to a
complaint of ethical misconduct.

Effective March 19, 2010, Ms. Temple is precluded from accepting any new cases and currently may
not represent existing clients based upon her suspension on April 29, 2008, for noncompliance with Continuing
Legal Education requirements.

This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or modification by the Supreme Court. Ms. Temple
may for good cause request dissolution or modification of the suspension by petition to the Supreme Court.
