ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Reinstatement filed on June 9
2010 by Petitioner David Alan Gold; upon the Board’s Answer to the Petition filed by
Disciplinary Counsel on June 14, 2010;111:1011 the Judgment entered by a Hearing Panel
on November 15 2010; upon the approval of the Board given Deoemiser 10, 2010; and
upon the entire record in this cause.

From all of which the Court approves the recommendation. ofthe Hearing Panel.
Itlis, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that:

l. The Petitioner, David Alan Gold is hereby reinstated to the praotioe of tow
in the State of Tennessee subject to the following conditions:

a. For three (3) years following reinstatement, Respondent
provide twelve (12) hours community sewioe, outreach or
education that furthers- the integrity of- the legal profession and
the importance of a lawyer’s personal accountability.

‘o. For a period’sfof one (1.) year foiiowing reinstatement,
Respondent submit to a monthly monitoring by an experienced
practitioner.

2. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 24.3, the Resoondent shall pay
to the Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $458.70 and in addition, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred
herein, for all ofwhioh execution may issue if necessary
3. The Board of meeaaional Rasponsibility shall cause notice: of this
discipline to be published as required by Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 18.10.

4. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 18.5, this Order shall b6
effective ten (10) days after the date of entry.
