ORDER DISSOLVING DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7, upon a
Petition for Reinstatement, filed on May 15, 2019. Mr. Kelley’s law license was
transferred to disability inactive status by Order of this Court on May 30, 2018.

The Board has filed a response stating that there is no objection to removing Mr.
Kelley from disability inactive status; however, the Board states that pursuant to Tenn.
Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(c), there are pending disciplinary complaints which must be
resolved before the effective date of reinstatement.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. Patrick M. Kelley shall be removed from disability inactive status.

2. That any pending disciplinary proceedings must be resolved prior to the
effective date of reinstatement, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(c).
