Public censure on February 19, 1998. In one case, he neglected his client's legal matter and
failed to keep the client adequately informed about his case. In a second case, he acted the same
as in the first case but in this case the client discovered her case had been dismissed since 1992.
The Court found Gosnell's failure to cooperate in discovery hindered defense counsel from
representing his client and delayed Court scheduling of the matter; thus, the Court concluded that
the action should be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
