By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 26, 2023, the law license of Richard Hannah
Dunavant was transferred from disability inactive status to active status pursuant to Section 27.7 of Tennessee
Supreme Court Rule 9.
On January 21, 2016, Mr. Dunavant was placed on disability inactive status. Mr. Dunavant filed a
Petition for Transfer to Active Status on September 28, 2023, demonstrating the disability has been removed.
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court, Mr. Dunavant is immediately eligible to resume the active practice
of law in the State of Tennessee.
