licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts ofmisconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup.

Ct. R. 9, the Board of ProfessionalResponsibility considered these matters at [its meeting on

September 19, 2014. .

h The evidence demonstrates that Mr. Ofï¬cer kept his own funds in his trust account, which

he used to pay personal expenses. Furthennore, the account was onei'drawn on ï¬ve occasions.

By the aforementioned acts, Mr. Ofï¬cer has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15
