licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts ofmisconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup.

Ct. R. 9, the Board of ProfessionalResponsibility considered these matters at [its meeting on

September 19, 2014. .

h The evidence demonstrates that Mr. Officer kept his own funds in his trust account, which

he used to pay personal expenses. Furthennore, the account was onei'drawn on five occasions.

By the aforementioned acts, Mr. Officer has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15

(s afekeeping fimds) and is hereby Publicly Cemented for this violation. .
