PUTNAM COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED AND PLACED ON PROBATION
On May 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Jaramiah Justin Hruska to the practice of
law. Mr. Hruska had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on April 19, 2018, for a period of two
(2) years with thirty (30) days to be served as an active suspension and the remainder served on probation. Mr.
Hruska filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9,
Section 30.4(c). The Board found that the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to
the Court.
