Suspended for two (2) years by order entered July 25, 1986. He neglected the cases of two
different clients, taking virtually no action for either, and did not turn over the files or return
unearned fees to the clients. As a condition precedent to reinstatement, the Court ordered he
make full restitution to both clients.
