DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On May 2, 2023, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Tyree B. Harris, IV, to the practice of law.
Mr. Harris had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on April 29, 2022, for a period of one (1)
year as an active suspension.
On April 13, 2023, Mr. Harris filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to
Tennessee Supreme Court, Rule 9, Section 30.4(c). The Board verified that the conditions required for
reinstatement were satisfied and filed a Notice of Submission with the Supreme Court indicating Mr. Harris was
eligible for reinstatement to the practice of law. The Order of Reinstatement, entered May 2, 2023, was
effective upon filing.
