The above complaint was ï¬led against Duncan Cotes Cave, an attorney licensed to
prooï¬oe law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts ofmisoonduot. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule
9, the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on March 89
2013. I
During his representation of at client, the Respondent was ordered to prepare an order
which wouldâinodify the award of child support. The Respondent did not prepare the order. On
Soptember 24, 2012, the Respondent was personally served with a Show Cause Order
commanding him to appear and show cause why he had not submitted on order motliiâytog the
child support. The Respondent failed to attend the hearing on the Show Cause Order. The Court
held the Responiont in contempt for continually and willfully failing to comply with on order of
the court and failing to appear.
By the aforementioned nets, Duncan Cains Cave, has violotod Rule of Professional
Conduct RFC 8.4 (miseonduotj and is hereby Publioly Censored for this violation.
