Disbarred by consent by order entered July 6, 1987. He admitted he had misappropriated over
$90,000 from some 13 different clients; neglected several clients' cases, allowing statutes of
limitations to run and default judgments to be taken; misrepresented to clients the status of their
cases; took fees for work not done; and defamed another attorney by wrongly accusing him of
misappropriating money, an accusation which he knew was false and which resulted in a civil
judgment against him.
