ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Barbara
Sims Arthur on April 24, 2013; upon Answer to Petition for Discipline filed on May 16,
2013; upon a hearing before the Hearing Panel held on June 8, 2015; upon Judgment of
the Hearing Panel entered on June 15, 2015; upon service of the Judgment ofthe Hearing
Panel on Ms. Arthur on June 15, 2015; upon consideration and approval by the Board on
July 2, 2015; upon expiration of the appeal period with no appeal taken; and upon the
entire record in this cause.

From all of which the Court approves the findings and conclusions of the Hearing
Panel and adopts the Judgment as the Court's Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §4.4 (2006), Barbara Sims Arthur is hereby
publicly censured.

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Ms. Arthur shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in
the amount of $1,031.63 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs
incurred herein, within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of
which execution may issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this discipline to
be published.
