COLUMBIA ATTORNEY TRANSFERRED
TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

On May 4, 2004, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order transferring Delilah
Ann Speed, of Columbia, Tennessee, to disability inactive status. Ms. Speed and the
Board of Professional Responsibility entered the Agreed Order transferring Ms. Speed
to disability inactive status. Ms. Speed will remain on disability inactive status until such
time as the Court adjudges that her disability has been removed.
