Suspended for two (2) years by order entered December 10, 1987, commencing on April 26,
1987 when he withdrew from the practice of law. At least 16 complaints were filed against
Krivcher all alleging a similar course of conduct. After being paid a retainer fee, Krivcher made
little or no effort to perform the services for which he was retained; failed and refused to
communicate with his clients; and failed to accept clients' phone calls. He was paid substantial
retainer fees for services which he never performed and failed to account for the funds entrusted
to him for those services.
