Suspended for thirty (30) days by order entered August 28, 1991, said suspension commencing
on October 1, 1991. He pleaded guilty to formal charges filed against him by the Board which
arose from Harbison's professional relationship with a client which created an appearance of
impropriety and a conflict of interest.
