On November 17, 2017, the Supreme Court of Tennessee suspended Larry D. Cantrell from the practice
of law until further orders of the Court pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 22.3. Mr. Cantrell
was suspended based upon his criminal conviction for Theft of Property in violation of T.C.A. §39-14-103 in
the matter of State of Tennessee v. Larry Dean Cantrell, in the Circuit Court for McMinn County. The Supreme
