GEORGIA ATTORNEY DISBARRED

Christopher David Adams, has been disbarred from the practice of law in Tennessee by
Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court, filed May 6, 2002.

On February 4, 2002, the Supreme Court of Georgia entered an order disbarring Adams
from the practice of law in Georgia. Mr. Adams was licensed to practice law in
Tennessee in 1991, but Mr. Adams currently resides in Georgia. Mr. Adams was also
licensed to practice law in Georgia in 1990. After receiving the Georgia Supreme
Court’s order disbarring Mr. Adams, the Tennessee Supreme Court entered a notice for
Mr. Adams to show cause, if any, why reciprocal discipline of disbarment should not be
imposed against Mr. Adams in Tennessee. Mr. Adams failed to respond to the
Supreme Court’s notice, therefore, the Tennessee Supreme Court entered an order
disbarring Mr. Adams on May 6, 2002.
