ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(c), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed on December 21, 2015, by the Petitioner, Jamie Ellen
Machamer. Ms. Machamer was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this
Court on November 30, 2015, for a period of thirty (30) days. A Notice of Submission
was filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel indicating that the petition is satisfactory to
the Board and that Ms. Machamer has satisfied all conditions set forth in the Order
imposing discipline and that she is eligible for reinstatement.
From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
COURT:
1. The Petitioner, Jamie Ellen Machamer, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §30.4(c), effective
December 30, 2015.
2. Ms. Machamer shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
