Public censure on August 13, 1992. He told a client's family and the law firm in which he was
employed that he had filed a lawsuit; when, in fact, the statute had run. He covered up this fact
by providing his client with documents indicating the case was proceeding. He informed his
client and the firm the case was under advisement for years. He also failed to return phone calls
to his client relative to this file.
