Suspended for eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days by order entered October 28, 1996,
commencing on the date of said order. Her license was immediately suspended by the Supreme
Court on March 1, 1994 after her plea of nolo contendere in the Circuit Court for Hickman
County to the charges of fabricating evidence.
