Suspended for two (2) years by order entered February 28, 2000, commencing August 26, 1999.
Petitions for discipline were filed alleging that he had failed to earn or refund legal fees; failed to
withdraw from employment; failed to act competently; failed to represent clients zealously;
failed to represent a client within the bounds of the law; and failed to preserve identity or funds
and property of a client. Bagwell did not respond to the allegations, thereby deeming them
admitted, and default judgments were entered.
