Suspended for five (5) years by order entered May 3, 1986, retroactive to March 4, 1994. He
was on interim suspension since January 10, 1990 after his conviction in Federal Court of 33
counts of a 33 count indictment which charged that while acting as guardian in a fiduciary
matter, he embezzled and misappropriated funds entrusted to him by the Veterans
Administration. He made full restitution and an agreed order was entered.
